MapleStory Post "Chaos Zakum?"

Haven't been posting about much anything to do with Maple, so i decided to spice things up abit :)

Last week if i'm not mistaken i decided to try do a solo Chaos Zakum Run since i improved my Attack Range with all 5 sets of the Cygnus Equips, lv 140

Raven Horn Hat, Overall, Shoe, Glove , and Cape

Enough about that, maybe i'll make another post about it some other time. Back to Chaos Zakum! XD

Apparently Chaos Zakum door was still the old fashion way of getting in the door to enter the Zakum Altar. So i had to wait for the door just like old times. Reminds me of the time when people was actually fighting for Zakum Door. Now its Instant entry so you don't have to wait. You just can just enter regardless there's people inside the Altar or not. In which case makes it easier to enter Zakum but they made the Drops even harder @.@
Well enough about that. i had to wait quite some time for the door to open anyways and when it did i had to fight for the channel with another person. Chaos Zakum is even harder to enter as there are only 2 available channels to enter with time limit of 1 hour 30 minute to down or for you to stay in and prevent any1 else from entering haha

When i got in, i was kinda nervous xD
The last time i "tried" to Chaos Zakum, i ended up being a ghost with a tombstone falling from the sky during Seduce F3.
There's always a first time in anything~ :3

And so the battle begins!
The arms was more of annoying then anything else. The damage dealt to me was not of much that deal of a threat because of my Meso Guard. It was still considered a bomb with each hit dealing nearly 3k+.
I was excited when the first few arms started to die. I considered the fact i could or possibly maybe solo Chaos Zakum alone

Zakum Body starts to rape me. Haha
The spells and touch damage remained almost the same as all the 8 hands. Though once in awhile, he will seduce you forcing you to move to the right side of the map. Take note that during the seduce period, you cannot use any potions and this is where characters tend to die as Chaos Zakum will 1/1 + another spell which spells instant death for most players.

I survive the seduce as i read in a guild somewhere that reminds you to always keep your health at 100% since you may never know when he might seduce you. During the first body, i was kinda paranoid with my health bar as i kept spamming power elixir

Then again i started getting used to the spell it casts and was getting kinda  less paranoia with my health bar XD
I knew i didn't have enough time because i only defeated Body 1 at around 40 minute mark. I just wanted to see how far i could go be4 the remove me out of the map due to time limit.

And here's an example of getting seduced. lol
Seduce forces you to move right side of the map regardless where are you in the map. So in a Chaos Zakum Expeditiong, everyone will be most like standing on the right side while hitting Chaos Zakum.  I didn't care much though cause of my high avoidability and able to tank due to my Meso Guard Skill

I entered Body 3 at 12 minute mark so there was definitely no time for me down it. I continued killing it to see how far i could go...

Sadly, they kicked me out at the 4 second mark so i couldn't get a nice SS :/
Though i managed to get Chaos Zakum life down by 1/4 be4 getting removed from the map. So i'm guessing i'll be able to down it when i'm with my friends or Guild Members :)

Additional Mathematics....

 Yeah....
Since i had a little free time 2day, i have decided to blog about my exams which still have yet to finish ><
Most of the time, you don't really feel time flying past you because your sitting in the exam hall, trying to do as much questions you can do in the correct way.
But 2day was one the days that i couldn't help feeling help feeling that time was so slow...

Perhaps maybe because there was an almost 4 hours gap in between the first and second paper.
Additional Mathematics 1 started at 8am and ended at 10am
Additional Mathematics 2 was to be started at 2pm

That time gap felt like it was days. Though it was quite an enjoyable moment because these are few moments you have left to get to get together with your friends and laugh together. I still can believe that i'm actually going to college next year and getting my driving license next month. Even my friend is driving to school because his birthday was in the early month of the year.

Paper 1 was kinda good because most of the questions that i couldn't really do didn't came out at all. Surprisingly. Most of the past year questions have that question which i cannot do. Even after being told the correct way and how to do so, i still can never remember the correct steps to complete the question. Sure, i can get a few marks from the working my answers will always be wrong :/
When Paper 1 was good, it worries me that Paper 2 is gonna be hard. It actually was kinda hard to the point that i had to think a little our of the box to solve the question @.@

I'll be sitting in the chair staring at the question wondering how to solve it due to lack of other values of the formulas to even work..

I'll be there like staring into outer space trying to find the solution to the question

I was literally gonna lose my mind XD

Though i know what most of you are thinking....

Its only Additional Mathematics ryte?

No big deal. Your gonna go through alot more once you enter college and university >_<

Then again, whats done is done.

I did my best and now is to hope for the best while concentrating for the other subjects which are yet to come.

Physics which is tomorrow.

Followed by Chemistry, Biology and Accounting next week.

Don't be upset and caught in something you cannot change. Instead, move on and smile. You deserve to be happy.
Then again we learn from our mistakes...
We cannot change what we have done. But instead keep looking towards the future where we can change for the better.
I have been through so much that it means a lot to me and thankfully, things are looking up to me :)

MapleStory Post "Phantom Thief"

Yeah, haven't been posting much about MapleStory AT ALL since my exams are actually still on >.<

Don't worry. I'll be back to blogging frequently again after 28th November once my exams are over! Yeah! :D

There will be many thing to posts anyway since i'll be free with many things to do such as getting my driving license. For those of you who don't know, my birthday was a few days ago. So happy Birthday to me =P

Anyways back to topic xD

14th November, Release of the anticipated Phantom Thief!

I'm guessing most of you know the starting of the story though...

As you create your Phantom character, the beginning video plays of when Phantom confronts Aria before she meets the Black Mage. While in the present she was defeated and Shinsoo asked Phantom to protect the legendary gem Skaia from others. 

Note that this was before the heroes sealed the black mage.

Phantom knowing that he had lost the love of his live (Yes, he loves Aria) then decides to join the heroes on their quest to seal away the black mage.

There's a short video showing Phantom meeting with Freud, The Dragon Master.

You disappear from the screen saying that Aria still believes in her dream and you will not let that Dream die~

You start off as the Phantom character you choose to make in this grand ship called Lumiere. I was expecting it to be a flashback just like Aran and Mercedes Storyline but instead you just start off lv1. I had so many questions but just decided to continue with the storyline xD

You were going to infiltrate Erev as there was a confrontation and you, as the Phantom thief still holding the Legendary Gem Skaia, was to make sure the Queen Cygnus was not replaced by an imposter.

As you exit your Ship, Lumiere they brief you on how to sneak past the guards to enter Erev. It was kinda funny because i purposely get spotted so that i could easily outrun the guards to go down the next lv as the guards wont climb the ladders XD

As you reach down, you put on your disguise and meet with Kidan, apparently in the past you met him before.
He then mentions that all the Knights and Queen Cygnus was gathered at a conference with the appearance of a women who claims to be the rightful heir to the Erev

Everyone was at the conference. Shinsoo (The Divine Bird) apparently was out somewhere doing something i suppose and was not there when the conference started

You arrive there quietly and sneak in to the empty seat as the conference started. Somehow this sounds all political in MapleStory to determine who is actually the rightful heir to Erev. All the Knights of Cygnus remain humble to Cygnus even with "proof" that the women is the Queen of Erev.

After a conversation among themselves, Hilla shows up.

She continues to convince the good people of Erev that she holds the legendary gem Skaia and that is proof that she is the rightful heir to the throne. The gems lights up in the possession of Hilla but does not even flicker when in the hands of Cygnus.

After all the explanation, Phantom jumps to explain everything about the bloodline, Aria not having a child but only a niece, The frailty of Cygnus is proof she's absorbing Shinsoo's power and that the Skaia Hilla's holding is a fake.

So apparently in Phantom's Storyline, you actually start AFTER your cursed is lifted. Unlike Aran where you actually play before you were cursed with the power of a lv 200. Same with Mercedes and Demon Slayer i suppose.

Funny though, in Phantom's Storyline his kinda frustrated that his not lv 200
In Mercedes's Storyline, she was shocked and depressed the she was no longer a lv 200 Queen of Elves
In Aran's Storyline, he forgets everything LOL xD

I guess thats it for this MapleStorySEA update :)
My exams will probably be finish before the next Aswan's Liberation update. By then i'm sure i'll have lots of time to update my blog.
Till then i suppose i'll be lucky if i can manage a few times in the next few weeks.
Wish me luck for my exams as its still not over @.@
